    1. My belief that everything happens for a reason
    2. When my family is healthy and happy
    3. Setting goals and accomplishing them (I like feeling proud of something I did)
    4. When I get to spend resources (time or money) on people I love
    5. Bear hugs — difficult to top a good, solid hug
    6. Nature, particularly mountains
    7. Getting completely absorbed into a good book/movie
    8. Laughing to the point of crying/hiccups/shoving objects close by
    9. Scrumptious food or drink (thinking ‘bout tea time
    10. Those little Kodak moments I can recall of my family and friends that make me feel blessed
